DURING THIS SERIES, a parable about what condition Jesus would find the churches and His people, the Jews, living in if he lived among them today, COVID-19 was declared a pandemic and the churches and synagogues were closed, public worship was declared "non-essential." Coincidentally, at this very same time in this incredibly prophetic book, Joshua (Jesus) becomes so frustrated with church leaders that He declares, "The Church would function better if it were closed."
